Tropical Cowboy Sauce was
inspired by the flavors of the Southern
Coast of California. Our fresh ingredients
are home grown in Encinitas, a rural town in
the North County of San Diego. Encinitas is
a little taste of quiet, laid back "country"
life right next-door to the urban pacific
coast. Encinitas attracts a lot of home buyers who are looking for
acreage and want the freedom to grow orchards of fruit trees or even keep horses on their property.
Many of the local roads run adjacent to "riding paths" where you may find yourself in your car at a stop sign
next to your neighbor on his horse!
Allthough it has a country feel, Encinitas
is right on the coast of the pacific...so
even if you're in the most eastern part of town you're only minutes to the beach. Like most of San Diego's North County,
the sun shines 360 days out of the year in Encinitas, so we have the perfect climate for growing delicious, fresh ingredients
right here!
